The End Of Obama, Legacy Media, And Russiagate…
Do you remember back in 2016 during the presidential campaigns leading up to the election when the left started their uncompromising, sociopathic, and completely false narrative about how the Russians were colluding to help Trump win the election? Do you remember how that narrative was then the central news story on every single outlet for the next four years after Trump won his first Presidential election? I do. It was maybe the most annoying and unbelievable narrative the left has pushed in the past decade (maybe — they also pushed the COVID narratives, George Floyd fairytales, and the lie that President Biden was not a brain dead corpse while in the White House — there’s a lot to choose from, actually).
It was easy to disregard for free thinking people because it was so outlandish — that the Russians, Putin especially, wanted Trump to become the President of the United States because Hillary Clinton is apparently some freak force of nature that would crush Putin's ambitions and plans and make America uncompromisingly strong on foreign policy. Even writing that sentence makes me laugh — this was the best the Democrats could think up? Seriously? Hillary Clinton might be the worst Secretary of State in the country's history — you can look into her involvement in the Benghazi debacle if you want proof; she’s an incompetent fool. If I were Putin, I would love if Hillary Clinton became the President of the United States of America — it would mean that I could basically do whatever I wanted for four years. Kind of like the four years of the Biden administration.
Anyway, this is why the whole Russiagate scam was exactly that… a scam. It turns out that Russia had absolutely no interference with the 2016 election, and certainly not any interference in support of Donald Trump. These are things that we already know, but a recently declassified House report said the following — this is from 2020,
“The judgment that Putin developed a ‘clear preference’ for candidate Trump and ‘aspired to help his chances of victory’ did not adhere to the tenets of the ICD (Intelligence Community Directive) analytical standards,”
This report and others have come to as part of Tulsi Gabbard’s attempt to show that the Obama Administration was in fact suppressing intelligence that showed that Russia did not meddle in the results of the 2016 Presidential Election. What this means is that even though Barack Obama knew that the Russians were not interfering with the 2016 Presidential Election, he still allowed for the narrative to be pushed.
Even further, these newly released reports also show that CIA Director John Brennan ordered three substandard intelligence reports to be published that became part of the foundation for the narrative that Putin favored Trump over Hillary Clinton. These reports were published and presented by the Intelligence Community as “reliable, without mentioning their significantly underlying flaws,” the House report found.
Of course, the media took this narrative and ran with it after months of animalistic salivating over the possibility that there was a way in which they could help destroy Donald Trump because he Tweets mean things sometimes and hates corruption (or at least he did in 2016).
What does this all mean? It’s a decade later and Barack Obama and his wife are living between their $8.1 million home in Washington D.C. and their $11.7 million home in Martha’s Vineyard, sitting on a $70 million net worth. The Free Press’s Eli Blake said in his article,
“In the end, Trump secured his own vengeance. He won the 2024 election and is president today. That ought to be enough.”
That’s right — let’s just forget about it. Trump won and that “ought to be enough”. What the hell does that even mean? “That ought to be enough”??? Are you kidding me — the sitting President of the United States attempted to upend an entire election by suppressing intelligence information and pushing a known false narrative to media outlets so a particular candidate wouldn’t get elected and now we’re all supposed to turn a blind eye because, like many other endeavors in his life, he failed miserably? I don’t think so — and neither do most Americans.
It turns out, most American citizens are tired of the elites in Washington and Hollywood receiving get-out-of-jail-free cards after committing the most vile and corrupt acts imaginable. If I remember correctly, those whom we elect are subject to the same laws as those who aren’t in public office. "Rules for thee and not for me" is not a good philosophy for those aspiring to political office.
At some point, Americans are going to be fed up with the continual double standard, lying, and hypocrisy — we may even see a 1776 moment in my lifetime (whatever that means). It’s utterly preposterous that Obama can sit nice in his $12 million home after attempting to upend the American political order and we’re told to just shut our mouths and look the other way — but that’s the price of admission to watch the great moral downfall of Earth’s most powerful Empire.
New York And Minneapolis Millennials Still Think That Socialism Works…
It’s been all over the news in recent months; New York is primed and ready to inaugurate its most cherished authoritarian, free lunch, lying, millennial Mayor, Zoran Mamdani. Minneapolis is foaming at the mouth as it looks at the young Somalian socialist, Omar Fateh, who is most likely going to be their next mayor. Think of all the possibilities! With a socialist leaders like Fateh and Mamdani, NYC and Minneapolis can have “free groceries” and more “peace officers” and much, much more low income housing! It will be wonderful and it cannot possibly go wrong.
Let’s talk about Mamdani. He showed up at the perfect time — almost too perfect. The Democratic Party has been fracturing across the country — they have no leader, no vision, no values, and no support. Many Democrats want a change in the party's direction. Some are saying that Democrats want more “common sense” policy and vision — they want the old Democratic platform back. The one that focuses on helping small businesses, farmers, holding corporations responsible for corruption, ending wars, etc..
But, I don’t think that’s what the majority of liberals in America want — in reality, they want more radicalization, more socialist policies, and more progressive ideology. The people who want these things are mostly millennials who have no kids, no family, and are pursuing some feminist career path while slaughtering their babies that they “accidentally” get pregnant with while “accidentally” partying too much and “accidentally” getting knocked up. The generation that hates personal responsibility and Christian values more than any other and, as of 2024, the largest generation in the United States.
Mamdani is the epitome of the Millennial ideology. He’s social media savvy, somewhat charismatic, promises free things, and hates Jews — how much more Millennial can you get than that? The guy is promising New Yorkers city-run grocery stores with lower prices. I read somewhere that the cost of building and maintaining grocery stores in NYC would cost the entire NYC budget.
With Mamdani, an average morning for a New Yorker looks something like this: you wake up (maybe, someone may have come into your apartment in the middle of the night and tried to murder you and rob you or even rape you. At that point you tried to call 911 but they didn't answer because the law enforcement budget was redirected to the city-run grocery stores, so you may have died — but let’s just assume you wake up in the morning) and you want to take a trip to the grocery store to get some food to cook in your apartment that has no electricity or running water — you plan to start a campfire and cook it like a caveman in your socialist utopia. You start walking to the subway to go a couple of miles to the local grocery store — there used to be one closer to your apartment but it was robbed at gunpoint too many times and too many cashiers were murdered so it had to close. The next closest one is five miles away. You get to the subway and realize that it’s closed because the city has no money to operate them because all of that money was rerouted to the grocery stores.
It takes you two hours to walk to the grocery store. When you get there, there is a three hour wait to get into the store. Once you wait in line for three hours, you finally get to experience your socialist paradise — you begin to weep with joy. You walk into the grocery store and are told by a worker that almost all of the food is gone, but another shipment is coming next week. You then proceed to grab a couple of items including a small box of three week old Raisin Bran, some curdled milk, and two month old rotten chicken. Finally, you get to the cashier and she tells you that the total price is $510.76 — you only have $450 so they take the curdled milk back.
By the time you leave the grocery store you realize that you missed work! You cannot call your boss because nobody has electricity because you have free grocery stores. You assume you lost your job, it’s ok — you didn’t make much money anyway. After another five mile walk in which you almost are murdered several times and are robbed of your chicken, you get to your cozy apartment and start to use some of the plywood that you ripped up from your apartment flooring to start a fire. You start your fire to cook your chicken but then remember that you got robbed and don’t have chicken so you just eat Raisin Bran that is stale and begin your nightly worship routine in which you bow your head on the ground for hours facing in the direction of the Mayor’s mansion and pray to the carved idol of Mamdani that you made from some 2x4s in your apartment walls. Then you go to bed and are finally murdered in your apartment by a cracked up drug addict (it may have been Hunter Biden — not sure).
But you die happy because you were a part of a revolution in New York City — you made it so that there are city-run grocery stores, something that your children and grandchildren will never know because you have no children because you aren’t married because you’re a millennial. The end.

Trump goes after the Federal Reserve — Mostly Jerome Powell
For the first time in 20 years, a sitting President of the United States made a visit to the Federal Reserve. Oh Thursday, President Trump went to check in on his friend Jerome Powell, the Chair of the Federal Reserve, and discuss the Federal Reserve building renovation.
It’s pretty clear that President Trump wants to get rid of Jerome Powell because, Trump believes, Powell is raising interest rates to cripple the economy. But, Trump can’t just fire Powell for no reason — or for a differing opinion in policy — he has to have a reason to fire the sitting Chair of the FED.
It looks like Trump may have found his reason. The Federal Reserve is about $2.5 billion over budget on their headquarters renovation — that’s right, the people who make the most important financial decisions in our country are $2.5 billion over budget on a remodel. It’s no wonder why Trump wants to get rid of Jerome — he seems incompetent.
And though the economy is relatively strong at the moment, housing prices are at an all time high — in June the median house price in the U.S. was $435,000, the highest in history and the interest rates have not dropped below 6% in three years. These facts make it very difficult to justify buying a home for a lot of people that would otherwise be interested if the rates were lower and prices dropped a bit. I like what President Trump is doing here, putting pressure on Powell and the Federal Reserve is good — these people have become too complacent in their power and the American people are hurting because of it.
What to read…
There’s a lot of confusion right now in the West, that’s undisputed, but where that confusion stems from is a much larger and more interesting debate. It seems, as I’ve argued in previous newsletters and podcasts, that the church in America has been almost entirely compromised by liberal theology, the political regime’s that run this country have almost all been controlled by liberalism for decades, and the people in this nation mostly operate out of a postmodern worldview that they were brainwashed into believing in the public school system. So, how do we fix this? Well, one way to begin to make a positive step is to look back to history — where do modern ideas come from? What institutions and individuals propagated particular ideologies? What movements caused the cultural tectonic plates to shift? If we can get an idea of where the corrupting and cancerous ideologies came from, we can better fight against them in hopes to turn the tides of history.
That’s why I’m recommending you read a book called, In the Midst of the Years by Thomas J. Nettles. This book is phenomenal — Dr. Nettles gives a thorough history of reformation and revivals in America. In the book Nettles goes through some of the largest revivalist movements in American history like The First Great Awakening, The Second Great Awakening, and the 1858 Prayer Revival along with an analysis of the theology and lives of major Revivalists like Johnathan Edwards, George Whitfield, Asaheal Nettleton, Charles Finney, and Billy Sunday. Nettles evaluates these movements and individuals on the basis of the fruits of their revivals and the theology a particular movement was rooted in.
For example, Charles Finney and the Second Great Awakening, according to Nettles, was largely based on a false gospel — Finney did not believe in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ and thought that it was the individual person’s job to save himself — not Christ's. Finney, in my estimation (and many others AND the Bible’s), was a heretic and a false teacher. The guy had a bitter hatred for Calvinism (though it’s not quite clear that he ever read John Calvin) and produced what Nettles called “silly narcissism of much that poses as evangelical religion today. Joel Olsteen can be explained in terms of Charles Finney.”
I agree — but the false gospel of Charles Finney and his emotional, experiential, and pride-driven theology now has deep roots in American theology and evangelical teaching — along with church structure. Nettles argues, on the basis of Edwards' theological principles and evaluations of revival, that the revivals that have produced real, Biblical fruit in the history of America have been Calvinist at their roots, grounded in the idea that human beings are sinners and deserve hell and wrath from God (something Finney did not believe).
Fire and brimstone preaching that was confrontational in its desire to place the sinner in the hands of an angry God before proclaiming the grace of Christ on the cross and the resurrection and defeat of death was what truly brought about repentance and change in legitimate revivals and reformations in American history. Edwards' argument is one that is really difficult to disprove as 1.) it’s Biblical and 2.) Edwards is widely known as one of the smartest people in American history.
The analysis and historical accounts Nettles gives throughout this book are accurate, fair, and biblically rooted. Sadly, much of what we see today in evangelical nondenominationalism and the megachurch fetish movement is deeply rooted in a false anthropology, a false theological worldview, and most importantly, a false Gospel. Most self-proclaimed “Christians” in the United States today worship either a strong man with a big, charismatic personality whose aim to build a personal platform (like Mark Driscoll or Joel Webbon) or a weak, effeminate, “empathy” (not a real word — but whatever) driven social justice warrior whose only goal is to build their own personal platform (like Andy Stanley or Gavin Ortlund).
Ultimately, the Gospel is predicated on the idea that you and I are not merely “broken” — no, we’re dead in our trespasses. We’re hell bound haters of God by nature. We spit in the face of Christ and mock him on his way to Calvary. Because of this natural fact of human existence, God has every right to throw us into hell for eternity, pouring his righteous and just wrath out on us. But, in His mercy he sent his Son to save those whom he predestined to be saved (it’s everywhere in the Bible — Romans, Ephesians — look it up) and die on a cross to be the propitiation for our sins. Christ's atonement is what made it possible for us to repent and put our faith in Him. And, on the third day, He rose from the dead in accordance with the Scriptures and is in Heaven with His Father now.
The true Gospel has had many counterfeits and opponents throughout history, but it has remained undefeated in the end. No false prophet or teacher can change that 2,000 year-old fact. Nettles gives us a sliver of the larger history of the church in his analysis of American revivals — if one thing is for certain, we, in the United States of America, need a true revival rooted in the Gospel of Christ.
